Egg Fried Rice Recipe

Fried rice with scrambled egg is the great combination to have in your lunch, the best thing about Egg Fried Rice Recipe is it is easy to prepare and you can cook with basic ingredients available at home.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 eggs.
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil.
  • One cup rice
  • Half cup green pea
  • Finely chopped capsicum-3 tbsp(optional)
  • 1 small size chopped onion.
  • finely chopped spring onion green -3 tbsp
  • finely chopped carrots -3 tbsp (optional)
  • ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
  • vinegar 1 tsp.
  • red chili sauce 1 Tsp.
  • soya sauce 1 Tsp.
  • white pepper powder ½ tsp.
  • black peppercorn powder ½ tsp
  • salt to taste.
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Chopped green chili 3.

 

INSTRUCTION

  • Start with cooking 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of water add a pinch of salt and cook until its done.
  • Once cook takes the rice out and spread it on a plate to cool it down.
  • For perfect dish make sure the cooked rice should be separated.

 

FRIED EGG RICE PREPARATION

  • Take big size bowl and beat five eggs also add salt and black pepper powder. and beat the mixture well.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, once it done add the beaten egg.
  • Wait for minutes to cook.
  • next, scramble the egg and cook it till it completely done.
  •  one by one add chopped capsicum, carrot, onion, green pea and keep sautéing it.
  • Next, add ginger garlic paste and sauté it for a minute in low flame.
  • Next add red chili powder, salt, white pepper powder and mix it well.
  • Add cooked rice and keep sauteing for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.
  • Keep sauteing the mix for 3 minutes in low flame.
  • Add red chili sauce, and soy sauce and mix it. and keep sauteing for more 2 minutes.
  • and at the last add vinegar and mix the rice well.
  • Cook the mix for more 2 minutes and your dish is ready to serve.
  • For garnishing, you can use chopped coriander leaves or chopped spring onion.
