soup is basically tasty liquid food served hot form. basically, there is vegetable soup and nonveg soup made with spices and other ingredients. in this post I will give you step by step method to prepare the different soup recipes

TOMATO SOUP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kg chopped tomato.
  • 1 small bowl chopped carrot.
  • one small bowl chopped beetroot.
  • 2 black pepper.
  • 3 cinnamon.
  • 2 cloves.
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder.
  • 1 teaspoon sugar.
  • salt.
  • toasted bread cubes.
  • fresh cream.
INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE THE SOUP.
  • 2 tablespoon whole wheat flour.
  • 1/2 cup milk.
  • 1 tablespoon butter.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper.

METHOD

  • Boil the tomato, carrot, beetroot and all the dry masala with one cup of water once boil .grind all of them and strained it.
  • take the frying pan keep the flame low .add butter, milk, whole wheat flour and black pepper and stir it for 2 minutes.
  • next, add tomato pure stir it for a minute.
  • add sugar and red chili powder and stir it for more 2 minutes once sauce texture gets thick.
  • serve it hot adding bread cubes add fresh cream on the top.

 

SWEET CORN SOUP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Cup sweet corn.
  • 3 cup chicken stock.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ajinomoto.
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce.
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour.
  • salt.
  • fresh cream.

CHICKEN STOCK INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION

In a bowl take 4 cups of water and add half chicken breast, 1 onion, ginger small piece,5/6 garlic and salt.heat in medium flame for 5 minutes and keep the bowl cover.after5 min stir keep the flame low and stir it properly once it is done take the chicken breast out and stain the chicken stock.

 

STOCK PREPARATION

Take the frying pan add 1 cup of water add cornflour and stir it next add sweet corn, chicken stock , soy sauce , Ajinomoto, salt, and boil the mixture in medium flame for 7/8 minutes.next, add egg and stir it also add chicken pieces and stir it.boil the soup for 2 min in high flame.after 2 min serve the soup with cream and garnish with coriander.

 

MUSHROOM SOUP

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Cup of chopped mushroom.
  • 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour.
  • 2 tablespoon butter.
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  • salt to taste.
  • half cup fresh cream
  • 2 cup water.
PREPARATION
  • take thick bottom frying pan put butter and add mushrooms and saute it for 2 minutes in high flame.
  • next, add water and heat the pan for 5 minutes in medium flame.
  • know keep the pan aside and once the mixture gets little cooled make the puree.
  • take the same pan add the puree, paste of whole wheat flour, black pepper, and salt and cook it for 5 minutes in low flame.
  • serve it with fresh cream and chopped coriander.

 

MIX VEGETABLE SOUP

INGREDIENTS
  • 2/3 Medium size chopped potato.
  • 2/3 medium size chopped onion.
  • 3 tablespoon butter.
  • 1 cup mix  vegetable (carrot, fresh green beans, cauliflower, capsicum, green cabbage)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder.
  • 2 tablespoon white sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice.

 

PREPARATION

  • In a pan take 1 tablespoon butter, chopped onion, potato and 2 cups of water boiled it for 5 minutes in high flame.
  • after 5 minutes take the mixture in a blender a make the pure.
  • take the pan and boil all the green vegetable add salt and keep the flame on high for 5 minutes once all the vegetable gets cooked.
  • add onion potato puree in the pan also add white sauce, black pepper powder, and salt .stir it properly in a medium flame for 5 minutes.
  • your mix veg puree is ready to serve.
  • use fresh lime juice and chopped coriander leaves on top before serving the soup.
