Tandori Paneer Ki Subzi
Tandori Paneer Ki Subzi is delicious paneer dish you can prepare at home with simple ingredients available at home
INGREDIENTS
- 300 gms paneer cut into small cubes.
- 1/4 tsp red chili(lal-mirch) powder.
- 1/4 tsp turmeric(haldi) powder.
- salt to taste.
- 2 tsp lemon juice.
- Ring shape cut 3 medium size capsicums.
- Ring shape cut 3 medium size onion.
- 1/4 black salt.
- 3 tsp tandoori masala.
DRY ROUGH PASTE INGREDIENTS
- 2 Small pieces of ginger.
- 3-4 green chilies.
- 1 tsp cumin seeds(jeera).
METHOD
- Prepare the rough paste .grind garlic, green chilies and jeera .do not add the water.
- In this mix add salt, chili powder, haldi powder and lemon juice.
- Next, take the paste and apply half of the paste nicely on the paneer cubes.
- Grill the paneer for 10 minutes till it turns dry and crispy.and keeps it aside.
- Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp of oil . once oil gets hot add onion and capsicum rings for few minutes once onion turns transparent.
- Add ginger paste and lemon juice and saute it. also, add black salt and salt.keep the flame low for 2 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and tandori masla and saute it 2-3 times.and cook it till paneer turn little soft and coked.
- Dish is ready to serve .use chopped coriander and capsicum rings for garnishing.
